Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: 2-7 business days
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Return Process:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges:

Final Sale Items:

Please note that all items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
