2. **Customization**: Custom designs provided by the client must adhere to our design guidelines. Zao India reserves the right to refuse any designs that do not meet our standards.

3. **Payment**: A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

4. **Turnaround Time**: Standard production and delivery time is 2-7 business days from design approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may incur additional charges.

5. **Cancellations**: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and additional cancellation fees may apply.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Zao India ensures the highest quality in materials and printing. However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to the nature of custom production.

7. **Returns & Refunds**: Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in manufacturing or printing.

8. **Intellectual Property**: The client is responsible for ensuring that all designs provided do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Zao India is not liable for any such infringement.

9. **Liability**: Zao India’s liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
